Who We Are
Red Sea Construction and Development is an experienced construction company with more than 2 decades of experience. We serve as the in-house arm of Orascom Hotels and Development, handling all construction-related activities for fully integrated towns, hotels, golf courses, marinas, villas, apartments, leisure facilities, hospitals, universities, schools, roads & bridges, and more.
Starting in 2010, Orascom Development established Red Sea Construction as a standalone entity to handle all construction works inside the Orascom Development umbrella while selectively sourcing work with clients outside Orascom's circle. Our company now operates as a standalone business, with over 1,500 skilled employees, and our current annual turnover exceeds 2.5 billion EGP, with a project backlog of over 11 billion EGP.
